Regis Aged Care Camberwell

JWC Plumbing was proud to be part of the Regis Aged Care development in Camberwell, a premium residential aged care facility designed to offer comfort, safety, and modern amenities to its residents.

This multi-storey project involved the complete plumbing installation across all levels, including in-ground drainage, hydraulics, fire service infrastructure, and fit-off of all resident rooms, commercial kitchens, and staff facilities. Working closely with the builder and project consultants, JWC ensured all plumbing services were delivered to the highest standard, in line with aged care compliance and accessibility requirements.

Our team managed all aspects of the plumbing works—from set-out and coordination through to commissioning—while maintaining a strong focus on timelines, quality, and site safety. The project also incorporated environmentally responsible systems in line with Regis’ sustainability goals.

Korowa Anglican Girls School

JWC Plumbing was engaged to deliver the complete hydraulic package for the state-of-the-art Sports and Aquatic Centre at Korowa Anglican Girls’ School in Glen Iris. This landmark facility includes an indoor swimming pool, multipurpose sports courts, gymnasium, changerooms, amenities, and staff areas—designed to support the school’s commitment to health, wellbeing, and excellence in sport.

Our scope of works included in-ground drainage, stormwater management, domestic water and gas services, and high-capacity hot water systems. The complexity of the build required precise coordination with structural and services teams, particularly around wet areas, pool infrastructure, and plantrooms.

JWC worked closely with the project team to deliver a plumbing solution that met strict construction timelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The project also incorporated sustainability-focused elements in line with educational facility best practices.

The Korowa Aquatic Centre stands as a testament to JWC’s capability in delivering high-performance plumbing systems for complex, architecturally designed educational facilities.

Templestowe Road Soccer Pavilion

JWC Plumbing was engaged to complete the full hydraulic services for the newly constructed Templestowe Road Soccer Pavilion—a modern, multi-use facility designed to support local sport and community engagement.

The project scope included in-ground drainage, water and gas services, amenities for players and officials, accessible facilities, and a commercial-grade kitchen and kiosk area.

Built to meet local council standards and community needs, the pavilion is a durable, functional space that reflects best practice in sporting infrastructure. JWC ensured all plumbing works were delivered on time, to specification, and in compliance with OH&S and environmental requirements.

Marnebek Special School

JWC Plumbing was proud to deliver the full hydraulic services package for the redevelopment of Marnebek School in Cranbourne, a Special Development School designed to provide inclusive, accessible, and purpose-built learning environments for students with additional needs.

The project included the construction of new classroom buildings, specialist learning areas, accessible amenities, staff facilities, and outdoor learning spaces. JWC’s scope covered in-ground and above-ground drainage, cold and heated water systems, gas services, roof drainage, and fit-off of all sanitary fixtures in accordance with accessibility and Department of Education requirements.

Given the sensitive nature of the school environment, our team maintained a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and minimising disruption throughout the construction process. We worked closely with the builder and consultants to ensure that all plumbing systems were designed and installed to meet both functional and regulatory standards, with particular consideration given to the needs of students and staff.
